Maram Kablawi Aidi is from Haifa, Palestine (Israel). She has a B.A. in business management and marketing, while her first steps in the music bussiness was managing and establishing the artist Moody Kablawi. With no Palestinian music industry or peers to learn from, Maram had to create her own path – experiencing many obstacles and challenges besides those that young managers already face. Today, Maram is the regional manager of Moody Kablawi as he is currently based in Berlin. The formation of PMX (Palestine Music Expo) and their inaugural music expo where it took place at Ramallah in 2017, gave Maram the chance bridging to the worldwide music industry, especially the EU one. Maram gained PMX’s first management mentorship with Rachel Willis of ATC Management and spent a month in London at the end of 2017 learning about the industry while attending panels, festivals, and conferences. The ongoing mentorship has allowed Maram to build relationships within the UK music industry and formed a more solid management understanding the music business.
Maram is a Flamenco dancer, as she founded her own Flamenco school called “Andalus” in 2015, empowering young Palestinian girls through dance and awareness to their inner power. In addition to that, Maram has a certificate degree of “Early childhood development from birth until 6 years old through movement and music” while nowadays she’s been developing this side of her career, alongside being a dancer and an artists’ manager.
