Mateusz Smółka as Music Team Lead for Eastern Europe is working on Spotify’s regional music strategy including content, partnerships and localization development. He is managing the EE Music team, closely collaborating with different stakeholders across Spotify to establish strategies and solutions for multiple Eastern European markets (including Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania or Hungary).
Mateusz has over 15 years of diverse experience in the music industry, including music programming, editorial, marketing, PR and journalism. Before joining Spotify he was Music Director of one the leading radios in Poland – RMF MAXXX (RMF Group/Bauer Media).
