Silviu Scrob is a cultural manager specialized in technical production management, stage management and project management. He has been the Technical Director of Sibiu European Capital of Culture 2007 and worked as production manager for festivals and events like Electric Castle – New Media, Summer Well, ARTmania, Media Music Awards, Pope Francis Visit in Blaj, „Cerbul de Aur”, TIFF, Sibiu International Theatre Festival and many others.
Nurturing a clear interest in the cultural sector Silviu Scrob holds a PhD in the field of Performing Arts with the thesis “Technical Production Management in Performing Arts”. Starting with 2014, from time to time, you can see the manifestation of his passion materialized in the Mozaic Jazz Festival.
