She was the Head PR for Delia for almost all of her career and collaborates with artists such as Mihai Bendeac, Speak and Ştefania, Theo Rose, Nicole Cherry, Mira in recent years.
Specialized in talent management, influencers marketing, PR & digital marketing, Monica brought her company, founded in 2010, to a turnover of 5 million euros per year in 2023.
She is actively involved in CSR activity, her main campaign with Mihai Bendeac raised over 300,000 euros in the last year for #spitalepublicedinbaniprivati. She has been actively involved over the last 15 years in all the activities of the Metropolis Foundation, doing several fundraisers and campaigns together with Codin Maticiuc.
