Andreea Runceanu was born into a family of musicians, and is a violinist, founding member and leader of the classical crossover band Amadeus Electric Quartet, to which she has dedicated her entire professional life.
Became an independent artist in 2010 – “DIY artist” – the Amadeus band managed to grow a beautiful community of fans from all over the world, held concerts in over 40 countries on four continents, has over 200 million views on the official account of YouTube and has released six albums of original music.
In addition to her artistic activity, Andreea opened in Bucharest the first Yamaha Music School in Romania, a place where she aims to, together with her team of teachers, pass on her love for music and the knowledge she has acquired throughout her career.
Through this school, Andreea wants to contribute to the training of the new generation of musicians and support the future of music, dedicating herself to the development of young talents and cultivating a new perspective on music education.
