Iulia Hermeneanu stepped into the world of cultural events even before starting high school—and that’s when she discovered what she truly wanted to do when she grew up! Always on the move and ready for action, Iulia began her journey as a volunteer at just 15 years old, and she hasn’t stopped since.
She has been, or still is, involved in the organization and management of over 20 cultural and sports projects, most of them in the Brașov area, including the Rîșnov Film and Histories Festival, cartfest, ski jumping competitions, and various European cultural initiatives. Over time, she has handled booking, communication, concept development, volunteer coordination, and has also served as an MC at different events, contributing to the successful delivery of over 80 small and medium-sized events.
Ambitious, strong-willed, and determined to achieve the best results in everything she does, Iulia combines strategic management with a deep passion for culture and community development.
