Mihaela Preda’s name is intrinsically tied to the evolution of the Romanian music industry, contributing to the international breakthrough of the Romanian pop sound, by adding new events markets and the early adoption of communication through social media.
Her professional journey began at Roton Records, one of Romania’s leading music labels, where she worked for 9 years as a project manager. During this time, she was instrumental in developing and managing some of the most successful Romanian music acts, including Morandi, Inna, Akcent, Fly Project, Activ, Alex Velea, Antonia, Connect-R, among others.
Mihaela’s management approach is based on delivering fully integrated 360-degree services—concept creation, strategic planning, and hands-on execution. Her professionalism and holistic vision have positioned her as a trusted manager for a wide range of high-impact music projects.
Eager to deepen her expertise, Mihaela has continuously invested in her professional development, pursuing additional training in communication and event planning. Over the years, she played a key role, both strategy and on-the-ground implementation, in national and international music tours or events.
For the past 12 years, Mihaela has been running her own consultancy firm, offering expertise in artist management, public relations, brand endorsement, event strategy, and more. Her collaborations include both Romanian and international artists such as Connect-R, Fly Project, Andreea Bălan, Jorge, Ellie White, Keo, DJ Sava & Faydee, Natalia Gordienko and others. She has also contributed to large-scale events, film launches and promoting tours but also sports events.
Currently, Mihaela is active in two key sectors:
- Music industry, as project manager forLidia Buble and moldovian artist Natalia Gordienko
- Sports communication, overseeing the PR and communication strategy for theBucharest Half Marathon and Bucharest Marathon, the largest running events in Romania.
