Janneke de Boer is Junior Booker EU at ESNS (Eurosonic Noorderslag), where she works on the European part of the festival bookings. Besides ESNS, she works as a music promoter at Explore the North festival in Leeuwarden and she organizes events at the iconic venue VERA in Groningen with her own organization The Hands Off Project.
