Ion Cătuțoiu founded RealTime Business Studio in 2003 with a simple observation: most organizations do not reach their limits because they lack ambition or technology, but because their underlying architecture was never designed to support the future they are trying to build.

For more than twenty years, his work has focused on helping companies redesign the way they operate before they redesign the tools they use. He believes artificial intelligence should never be treated as a layer added to an existing business.
