Hip-hop fan, vinyl collector, and (almost) an amateur DJ, Dragos had high hopes to become an artist, but his dreams were quickly shattered due to the very obvious lack of talent. Luckily, he went the other way, the “support services” branch. He entered the music industry while still in college, as a journalist, and shortly after went to promote and book shows for an independent hip-hop label, set up together with his friends. He did marketing & communication, event production, corporate partnerships, concert promoting, music publishing, artist bookings – about a little bit of everything, learning the tips & tricks of the trade.
Amongst other day hustles and night shifts, Dragos has also taken on recently (about 4 years or so) the role of an agent as the co-founder of Raw Talent Agency, an independent boutique agency representing artists such as B.U.G. Mafia, Coma, Mari Froes, Mihail, The Mono Jacks, Argatu, Jurjak, Cojo and Almud.
