Marketing and Communications specialist with 18 years expertise in branding, strategy building, 360° marketing campaigns management for local and international markets and developer of young talents for marcomm industry.

In the first 10 years of her career, Iulia worked for various advertising and PR agencies managing a very diverse portfolio of clients, including: Google, Vodafone, P&G – brands Pampers & Ariel, Cosmote, Help Net, Bosch, Jacobs Douwe Egberts – brands Kronung & Jacobs 3in1, Bayer, VASCAR, Special Olympics Romania, ANCOM, United Way, Hospice, Junior Achievement, Digital Cable System, Baumix, Remedio, Reinert etc.

Since 2016 Iulia is the Head of the Marketing Department in the Romanian Football Federation managing a portfolio of over 60 sports products & brands, the relationship with 23 commercial partners, plus other media partners and stakeholders, together with her team of 5 brand managers. During these 8 years dedicated to sports marketing, she was involved in 5 European Final Tournaments being responsible for marketing campaigns, fans activations and engagement, promotion of tournaments or implementation of commercial rights.

Iulia was involved in many NGOs, among which Let’s do it, România! and IAA Young Professionals (YP). During her mandates as a President, IAA YP Romania won twice the Best YP Chapter in the World Award, in 2018 and 2020. She was also awarded with the “IAA Young Leader” distinction, during Creativity Can Change the World Gala in 2017.

Currently Iulia holds the position of Global Young Professional Vice President in the international board of IAA, being responsible for strengthening the connections among YP chapters from the 5 continents, launching new common projects and rising the engagement among the young professionals in marcom industry at the international level.
