(EN) MMB Santa Drop Christmas Raffle Regulations

1. Organizer and duration of the raffle

The Romanian Artists Worldwide Association is organizing a raffle between December 5 and December 25, 2025, with the winners being drawn on December 27, 2025.

2. Eligibility conditions and campaign mechanism

All individuals or legal entities who purchase a SANTA’S EARLY BIRD ALL ACCESS PRO PASS for Mastering The Music Business conferences between December 5 and 25, 2025, automatically participate in the raffle, according to the following rules:

– each purchase (regardless of whether one SANTA’S EARLY BIRD ALL ACCESS PRO PASS or more was purchased) entitles the buyer to a single entry into the raffle
– only buyers who purchase SANTA’S EARLY BIRD ALL ACCESS PRO PASS between December 5 and December 25, 2025 are eligible to enter the raffle.

If a buyer who meets the above conditions does not wish to participate in the raffle, it is necessary to notify the organizer in writing at ask@masteringthemusicbusiness.ro. Otherwise, the terms of these regulations and automatic registration in the campaign are considered accepted.

The raffle prizes are awarded by drawing lots, using the randompicker.com website. The winners will be selected on December 27, 2025, live on the Mastering The Music Business conference Facebook page. Participants will receive a link in advance where they can follow the draw.

The raffle winners do not have the opportunity to receive the cash equivalent of the prize or exchange it for other goods.

3. Prizes

• 1 Mezze 99 Classics Walnut Silver Overhead Audio Headphones
• 1 Voucher worth 500 lei awarded by iabilet.ro
• 1 Exclusive MMB VIP Experience (3 nights accommodation at Hotel Caro, free daily transfer to the festival showcase location and back)

The total value of the prizes awarded is 3622 RON, VAT included.

4. Awarding of prizes

The Organizer Romanian Artists Worldwide Association will contact the winning Participants within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of the draw, in order to provide them with details about the conditions necessary for the awarding and delivery of the Prize according to these Regulations.

The winning Participant will be contacted at the email address in the Romanian Artists Worldwide Association database.

If the Organizer is unable to contact the winning Participant directly within 7 working days from the draw, after sending 2 emails (on different days), then the Participant will be declared a loser/disqualified and the next Participants from the list drawn using the randompicker.com website will be contacted.

The Organizers decline any responsibility in the event that a winning Participant does not respond to the messages sent, regardless of the reason or for any situations in which he/she cannot be contacted within the terms mentioned in these Regulations.

The winning companies must designate a representative to whom the prize will be awarded (the legal representative or another authorized person) who must agree to provide the organizer Romanian Artists Worldwide Association with a copy of the ID card that will be used only to fulfill tax obligations regarding withholding tax related to prizes worth over 600 lei. If the winner refuses to provide this information within 3 days of being contacted, they lose the right to claim the prize and the reserve winner will be contacted.

The representatives of the winning companies must sign a protocol of receipt of the prize at the time of its delivery.

If a winner refuses the prize, they will lose their right to the prize awarded and the reserve winner will be contacted.

The Romanian Artists Worldwide Association undertakes to calculate, withhold and transfer to the state budget the taxes/duties due for the prize obtained by the winners of the raffle, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 22l/2015, as amended, on the Fiscal Code. Any other obligations of a fiscal nature or of any other nature, in connection with these, being the exclusive responsibility of each winner.

5. Amendment of the regulations

The raffle organizers reserve the right to amend and/or supplement the Regulations, as well as the right to suspend and/or terminate/interrupt/extend the Campaign, provided that the Participants are notified in advance of any amendment to any of its provisions.

 

(RO) Regulament Tombolă de Crăciun MMB Santa Drop

1. Organizatorul și durata tombolei

Asociația Romanian Artists Worldwide organizează o tombolă în perioada 5 decembrie – 25 decembrie 2025, cu extragerea câștigătorilor în data de 27 decembrie 2025.

2. Condiții de eligibilitate și mecanismul campaniei

La tombolă participă automat toate persoanele fizice sau juridice care, achiziționează un SANTA’S EARLY BIRD ALL ACCESS PRO PASS pentru conferința Mastering The Music Business, în perioada 5-25 decembrie 2025, conform următoarelor reguli:

– fiecare achizitie (indiferent dacă s-a achiziționat un SANTA’S EARLY BIRD ALL ACCESS PRO PASS sau mai multe) dă dreptul la o singură intrare în tombolă a cumparatorului

– doar cumparatorii care achizitioneaza SANTA’S EARLY BIRD ALL ACCESS PRO PASS în perioada 5 decembrie – 25 decembrie 2025 sunt eligibili pentru a intra in tombolă

În condițiile în care un cumparator care îndeplinește condițiile de mai sus, nu dorește participarea la tombolă, este necesar să notifice în scris organizatorul pe adresa ask@masteringthemusicbusiness.ro. În caz contrar, se consideră acceptate condițiile prezentului regulament și înscrierea automată în campanie.

Premiile tombolei se acordă prin tragere la sorți, cu ajutorul website-ului randompicker.com. Desemnarea câștigătorilor va avea loc pe 27 decembrie 2025, live pe pagina de Facebook a conferinței Mastering The Music Business. Participanții vor primi în avans un link unde pot urmări extragerea.

Câștigătorii tombolei nu au posibilitatea de a primi contravaloarea în bani a premiului sau schimbarea acestuia cu alte bunuri.

Valoarea totală a premiilor acordate este de 3622 RON, TVA inclus.

4. Acordarea premiilor

Organizatorul Asociatia Romanian Artists Worldwide va contacta Participanții câștigători în maximum 7 zile lucrătoare de când s-a efectuat tragerea la sorţi, pentru a le furniza detalii despre condiţiile necesare pentru acordarea şi înmânarea Premiului conform prezentului Regulament. 

Contactarea Participantului câştigător se va efectua la adresa de email din baza de date a Asociatiei Romanian Artists Worldwide.

În cazul în care Organizatorul nu va putea intra în contact direct cu Participantul câştigător în decurs de 7 zile lucrătoare de la tragerea la sorţi, după transmiterea a 2 emailuri (în zile diferite), atunci Participantul va fi declarat necâştigător/ va fi descalificat şi se va trece la contactarea Participanţilor imediat următori din lista extrasă cu ajutorul website-ului randompicker.com.

Organizatorii îşi declină orice răspundere în situaţia în care un Participant câştigător nu răspunde la mesajele transmise, indiferent de motiv sau pentru orice situaţii în care acesta nu va putea fi contactat în termenele menţionate în prezentul Regulament.

Societățile câștigătoare trebuie să desemneze un reprezentant căruia i se va atribui premiul (reprezentantul legal sau o altă persoană împuternicită) care trebuie să fie de acord să furnizeze organizatorului Asociația Romanian Artists Worldwide o copie CI ce va fi folosită doar în vederea realizării obligațiilor fiscale privind impozitul cu reținere la sursă aferente premiilor cu valoare peste 600 de lei. În cazul în care câștigătorul refuză furnizarea acestor informații în termen de 3 zile din momentul în care a fost contactat, pierde dreptul de a revendica premiul și se va trece la contactarea câștigătorului de rezervă.

Reprezentanții firmelor câștigătoare trebuie să semneze un proces verbal de primire a premiului în momentul înmânării acestuia.

În cazul în care un câştigător refuză premiul, acesta îşi va pierde dreptul la premiul atribuit și se va trece la contactarea câștigătorului de rezervă.

Asociația Romanian Artists Worldwide se obligă să calculeze, să rețină și să vireze către bugetul statului taxele/impozitul datorat pentru premiul obținut de către câștigătorii tombolei, în conformitate cu dispozițiile prevăzute de Legea nr.22l/2015 cu modificările ulterioare, privind Codul fiscal. Orice alte obligații de natură fiscală sau de orice altă natură, în legătură cu acestea, fiind în sarcina exclusivă a fiecărui câștigător.

5. Modificarea regulamentului

Organizatorii tombolei își rezervă dreptul de a modifica și/sau completa Regulamentul, precum și dreptul de a suspenda și/sau înceta/întrerupe/prelungi Campania, cu condiția înștiințării prealabile a Participanților cu privire la orice modificare a vreuneia din prevederile acestuia.
