Adam started his collaboration with the Electric Castle festival in 2019, working as an assistant to Edmond Lenarth. In 2021, he transitioned to managing the booking and festival programming for bands from Romania and Hungary.
Drawing from his experience as a musician in various local bands, Adam is eager to discover and promote young bands in Romania and beyond, helping them establish themselves in the music industry.
Adam’s dream and vision for the music industry involve bridging cultures and organizing numerous musical and cultural events in Romania.
