Andra Vasile (RO)

In 2023, Andra co-founded Sync About It, an educational and networking platform dedicated to the sync industry in Central and Eastern Europe. Through the initiative, she has organized the region’s first sync-focused conference and songwriting camp, while also curating panels, educational sessions, and networking events at major international conferences.

Alongside her work at Global Records, Andra manages the Romanian alternative rock band Gramofone and is an active speaker at leading music industry events across Europe. Passionate about music, education, and collaboration, she is dedicated to strengthening connections between the music and audiovisual industries and supporting the sustainable growth of the regional music ecosystem.
