Mr. Bogdan Ștefan TRÎMBACIU is the director of the Project Management Unit within the Romanian Ministry of Culture but also the promoter for Posada Rock Festival in Romania.
He has a consistent experience of almost 20 years, at national and European level, in cultural heritage policies, as well as financing related to the preservation, restoration and promotion of the cultural sector.
Understandin the need to protect and preserve the immense cultural heritage of Romania and to avail of the opportunity given by the reimbursable and non-reimbursable funds, Mr. Trîmbaciu used his vision and management skills to develop the Project Management Unit, a top unit of the Ministry of Culture that has been implementing a variety of projects and programs.
With the help of a large number of experts and professionals coordinated by Mr. Trîmbaciu, close to 400 million Eur has been invested in restoring historic monuments, promoting cultural heritage, heritage education, cultural entrepreneurship and many more.
Mr. Trîmbaciu is also the Head of the Creative Europe desk in Romania, member of the Monitoring Committee for the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 in the field of preserving, protecting, promoting and developing natural and cultural heritage, member of the Monitoring Committee for the Operational Programme “Administrative Capacity” 2014-2020, as well as member of the Coordination and Management Committee for 2014 – 2020 Partnership Agreement between the European Commission and Romania.
