Britt Randma is an award-winning music manager with over a decade of industry experience under her belt, spanning roles at Sony and Warner Music Baltics sublabels, Eesti Kontsert with experience working in music e-commerce and giving digital marketing lessons at Tallinn Music and Ballet School (MUBA). She currently leads Marketing & Communication at Music Estonia and manages the internationally rising dream-pop band Night Tapes, winners of Estonia’s Indie/Alternative Album of the Year and an MME Award. Her past collaborations include Zebra Island, Beach House, Weyes Blood, An-Marlen, Tommy Cash, and Kitty Florentine. In 2025, she was named Manager of the Year and Music Exporter of the Year at the Estonian Music Business Awards.
Britt is also the founder of Main Character Agency, curates the vibrant party series Reivile Minuga, and DJs under the alias britiimpeerium, bringing euphoric energy to dancefloors. Whether she’s crafting campaigns, managing artists, or curating unforgettable nights, Britt blends strategy, creativity, and a touch of chaos to make magic happen in music and culture.
