Carina Coşăreanu (RO)

Clinician Psychologist, Imago Couples Therapist

Passionate about emotions, working with couples is always a rollercoaster. Carina feels honored to accompany both couples and individuals in their journey towards feeling connected.
Sharing the Imago perspective that conflict is just change trying to happen, the couples’ sessions become a mix of therapy and psychoeducation towards a relational perspective. The relationship holds the resources needed for healing and recovering the parts we were born with, but lost as we grew up.

When thinking about relationships, often the one with ourselves is forgotten, although it is our longest relationship. Music speaks to everyone as a universal language that sets the space for the most unique and individual experiences and emotions. Our personal relationship with music can become means for healing.

Talking about music and emotions, Carina’s own relationship with music started early, with Michael Jackson’s concert when she was only 6 years old. Many concerts and music festivals followed in the company of friends and family. This summer, she was part of the Safety Line as a therapist at one of Romania’s major music festivals, offering support to people feeling overwhelmed by their emotional experience or social situations.
