Daniela Barbu is an expert in education, with more than three decades of experience in the field since 1991. Throughout her career, she has served as a teacher, school principal and school inspector, while also leading and implementing numerous European-funded educational projects.
She has extensive expertise in Erasmus initiatives and collaborates as an education specialist with leading international institutions, including the Council of Europe, the European Commission, UNICEF, the World Bank, as well as national organizations.
Dr. Barbu holds a PhD in Education (2007) and two master’s degrees; she has contributed to the development of specialized studies, authored books and school textbooks and organized major events in the education sector.
In addition, she is an accomplished trainer, working with both adults and children, and providing professional development for teachers. Her key areas of focus include inclusive education, digital pedagogy, project management and parental education, where she continues to make a strong impact at both national and international levels.
