Monica – Elena Costin is a passionate young music business professional and artist. Her main project is The Strizzers, an alternative rock band from Bucharest, where she acts both as a manager and the lead singer. She started her musical journey in her adolescence, but unlike her peers, music remained a big part of her life throughout the years.
By developing The Strizzers, Monica discovered her passion for the music industry and ever since has been working towards becoming a well-rounded music professional. Singer „by night” and manager, booker and/or PR person „by day”, she is well connected to the difficulties of everyday artist`s life and aims both to better herself and to help those around her make the most of their experiences in the music business landscape.
