Nadejda Lisac works as an Expert in the Strategic Partnership Projects Department – KA2 VET, at the National Agency for Community Programs in the Field of Education and Vocational Training (ANPCDEFP – Erasmus+). Her work centers on guiding European educational projects through every stage of their lifecycle, from initial consulting and contracting to monitoring, evaluation, and final reporting.
Beyond training, Nadejda provides direct institutional support, helping organizations identify suitable funding opportunities, shape strong project proposals, and build the competencies needed to succeed in transnational cooperation programmes. She also plays a key evaluative role, reviewing project progress reports and assessing final outputs to ensure quality and impact across the initiatives she supports.
Her academic foundation reflects this dual focus on people and systems: she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy, with a Socio-Psycho-Pedagogical Profile, from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Organization Management from the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest. Together, this combination of pedagogical insight and organizational expertise underpins her ongoing contribution to strengthening European educational cooperation.
