Nara’s interest in music started early on; she trained at the local music school and began DJing shortly after starting university. She was actively involved in the electronic music scene in Bilbao, her hometown, organizing parties in various venues and collaborating with local radio stations before joining promoter Last Tour, also based in Bilbao, to help programming new events.
At that time, in 2005, Last Tour was growing rapidly. In addition to consolidating Azkena Rock Festival, the office focused on promoting brand new festivals such as BBK Live, Sonisphere, BIME, and major international tours.
In August 2015, marking BBK Live’s tenth anniversary, she left Last Tour to join the booking team for Mad Cool Festival and Live Nation’s office in Madrid, where she remained for another seven years.
In May 2022, she moved to Primavera Sound. In this new gig, she continues her role as part of the festival booking team.
