Dima Radu is just 23 years old, yet he already has a decade of experience in production, A&R, and management. He is one of the driving forces behind today’s manele scene and a digital hitmaker, collaborating across all corners of Romanian music—from Lele, Narcisa, and Leo de la Kuweit to Adrian Minune, Georgiana Lobonț, Nikolas Sax, Costel Biju, as well as pop and rap artists like Irina Rimes, Nane, El Nino, and Oscar.
As Head of Manele VTM—the second largest manele label in Romania—he’s overseen over *500 million streams in just two years. Under his leadership, the label has released over 100 tracks, with more than half hitting trending charts, including massive hits like “Prințesa și lăutarii” and “Te vreau”, each surpassing 70 million views. These successes have earned him major accolades: a *Double Diamond certification for LeLe’s album Te vreau and a Diamond certification for Leo de la Kuweit’s Sens dragostei.
