Roxana was the Sustainability Manager for the Coldplay concerts in Romania, showcasing her extensive experience in sustainability management. Currently, she is the Executive Director of Social Innovation Solutions, where she supports individuals and organizations in navigating future transformations through sustainability education programs and conversation platforms in Romania and three other Central and Eastern European countries, engaging with over 15,000 SMEs and NGOs.
With professional experience spanning four continents, Roxana has spearheaded globally impactful projects in education, event management and sustainability, working in start-ups, NGOs, the corporate sector, and at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN). She has also contributed to Better World Initiatives’ impact investing programs in Kenya and Nepal, as well as notable events such as TEDxCERN or AWAKE Festival.
Roxana is a Global Shapers Bucharest Hub Alumna, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, and has been recognized in the Capital Top 100 Women of Success.
