Roxana Luca is an event management professional who began her career in event production in 2006. She has delivered numerous successful projects, from concept to implementation, including Pope Francis’s visit to Blaj, Romania, and various international productions for ARTmania, Emagic, Pozitif Live, and many other organizers.
For her, production and crowd management go hand in hand, becoming a valuable asset to European event teams. She was elected as a board member of Yourope Event Safety starting in 2024, and together with the team of the Timișoara City Projects Center, she won the Event Safety Award at the ESNS Festival Awards 2025 for the work carried out at the closing ceremony of Timișoara – European Capital of Culture.
