Silvana Ene is Head of Catalogue at Global Records, a position in which she manages the company’s music catalogue – from securing all rights from rights holders to registering the catalogue with collective management organizations and ensuring transparent reporting to artists and partners.
She joined Global Records in 2017 as an Assistant Manager, quickly advancing to the role of Traffic Manager within Global Talent United (the talent division), before being promoted in 2020 to Head of Catalogue – a role that perfectly combines her two passions: numbers and music.
Silvana’s career path blends logic with creativity. After a mathematics-focused education and a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Political Science at the University of Bucharest, she began her professional journey in education and public policy. In 2013, she decided to follow her passion for the creative industries and transitioned into advertising – a decisive step that ultimately led to her current role at Global Records, where she has found the perfect balance between numbers and music.
