Ștefan Hadăr is a young entrepreneur and artist manager who moves fluidly between management, promotion, and booking, always looking for new ways to grow artists and projects.
Active in the music industry since the age of 19, he has collaborated with artists such as Tudor Chirilă / VAMA, VUNK, byron, PAULINA, and The Mono Jacks. As a Business Partner at Watermelon Agency, Ștefan builds and develops his own roster of artists, including ILINCA, E-an-na, Alexandra Ungureanu, and Anais Vacariu, driving their careers through hands-on project development, from strategy to execution. Alongside this, he is the co-founder of Sidequest Events, a nightlife and event promoter brand he built from the ground up.
