Ștefan Hadăr has been working in the music industry from the age of 19 with some of Romania’s biggest artists: Tudor Chirilă/VAMA, VUNK, Zoli Toth. He has been a jr. project manager, learning to do a wide range of things, from social media marketing to PR and booking.
Now, he is a 3 in 1 person at Overground Music, Romania’s main alternative music management agency: he manages the folk-metal band E-an-na, is in charge with the digital promotion of the agency’s roster (byron, The Mono Jacks, Robin and the Backstabbrs, etc.) and is a jr. booker. Stefan is also part of the team that organizes Mastering the Music Business, Romania’s most important music business conference.
