My journey began in advertising right after I completed my marketing degree. I started at McCann Bucharest, diving headfirst into the restless advertising world. At McCann, I had the opportunity to grow and learn while working on both local and global brands, leading campaigns that won all major industry awards. Along the way, I collaborated with incredible people who became friends, making every project an adventure.
For me, it’s always been about connection—creating strategies and campaigns that don’t just build brands but genuinely connect with people on a deeper level. Authenticity is at the core of everything I do because I believe that real connections, whether with brands or people, start with being genuine. After several years in the industry, I felt a strong need to understand more about the complexities of the human mind. This led me to pursue a second degree in Psychology, which has deeply influenced my approach to strategy and communication, allowing me to connect more meaningfully with audiences and teams.
Today, I’m the Brand & Campaigns Senior Manager at DeepHealth, a health informatics company dedicated to transforming care delivery through imaging. In this role, I’m able to combine my strategic insights with a mission that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
