Anurag Tagat (IN)
Anurag Tagat is a journalist based out of Bangalore, India, who writes about music, film, graphic novels, internet culture and technology for print and web.
Currently a senior writer for Rolling Stone India, Anurag also contributes to English-language newspaper The Hindu, fortnightly magazine India Today, widely-read news and feature portal Firstpost and Vogue India. Covering India’s music space since 2010, his work has been published in Billboard, Variety, Vice India, Revolver, Rolling Stone Japan, The Caravan, HT Mint Lounge and more.
An MA Journalism graduate from Goldsmiths College, University of London, Anurag also contributed technology website TechRadar.
Binicewicz Kornelia (PL)
Kornelia Binicewicz – Polish origin record collector and anthropologist of culture, an owner of Ladies on Records brand, DJ, and an explorer of female music from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Daily, she lives on the island near Istanbul and travels worldwide, searching for mesmerizing music and meaningful stories to tell. Her passion for female music brought her to Turkey, where she started to explore the Turkish female music scene’s undiscovered world. Throughout five years of digging in records and meeting forgot or unrecognized female singers, she also managed to dive into old Turkish labels’ back catalogs. She curated “Turkish Ladies. Female Singers from Turkey 1973 – 1988” (Epic Istanbul) and “Uzelli Psychedelic Anadolu “(Uzelli), both released on vinyl.
Ladies on Records is a curated multifaceted endeavour and a brand created to represent women’s contribution to global and local music of the past decades. Ladies on Records tells the stories of women by the music they created.
Catherine Haridy (AT)
From Warner Music Australia to Festival Mushroom Records, Cath has signed and project managed some of Australia’s most successful artists. Moving into Artist Management, she founded Catherine Haridy Management (CHM) which currently represents four Artists, five Producer/Writers and has expanded into non-musical artists forging a partnership with Berlin-based Australian, Craig Schuftan.
Appointed to the role of Executive Director of the Association of Artist Managers (AAM) in 2019, a peak body that represents, promotes and protects Artist Managers and their clients, Catherine has actively contributed to designing and implementing a dynamic strategic direction for the AAM, as well as being a former Board Member and Chairperson.
In 2018, Catherine had the honour of accepting a position on the Board of Music Victoria: a not for profit that provides advocacy on behalf of the music sector, actively supporting the development of the Victorian music community.
Previously, Catherine has been a board member of the Community Broadcasting Foundation where she Chaired the Australian Music Airplay Grants Committee as well as participated in the Online Grants Committee and was a contributor to the Foundations’ Strategic and Governance Review completed in 2015.
Catherine was also a proud member of the board of Support Act: a registered charity established by the music industry to provide a safety net for artists and music workers in crisis, ending three terms of service at the end of 2019.
She’s also an APRA Ambassador, a Patron of the Australian Music Prize as well as a respected Speaker and Advocate within the Australian Music industry.

Is an Aria Award nominated, Hollywood Music in Media Award and Mark Award winning Music Producer, Creative Director, serial Entrepreneur and entertainment industry investor who is listed in the top 1% “most prolific” media music producers by IMDB. He is a Partner in NordicLA with Kristian Riis (Nephew), the leading cultural export for the creative industries bridging talent in the Nordics to Los Angeles. Thea Zaitsev (EE)
Thea Zaitsev is an artist, producer-mixer and songwriter’s manager and publisher. She left Universal Music London in 2015 to start her own management and publishing company and to develop young songwriters and artists from Estonia and abroad. Her Estonian based company Tier Music works side by side with her British business partner James Morgan from Pieces of 8 Music. She manages Estonian artists like NOËP, Mick Pedaja and Sander Mölder and is valued for her contacts and experience in publishing and organising international songwriting camps and writing sessions.
Gordon Masson (UK)
Gordon has been a journalist for more than 30 years and has specialised in the music industry for the past 19 years, currently as the editor of IQ Magazine.
Before joining IQ, Gordon spent two years in Washington DC where he established publications for the space and satellite industry, while in the early 1990s he was a reporter for The Courier and Evening Telegraph newspapers, among others, in his native Scotland.
